 Yoga classes in the Svaroopa® style. In Svaroopa® yoga (learn more at )you sequence releasing your spine from the tailbone to the top. You don’t push to make the pose happen.  It is deceptively easy and simple. You prop and align and then allow the changes to develop.  All levels of your being begin to open up simultaneously when you decompress your spine – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual – giving you access to your own deeper essence named “Svaroopa” in the yoga texts. People at any yoga skill level can generally take part in Svaroopa® yoga.
